Kyle originates VA loans for active-duty, veteran and surviving-spouse buyers across eleven states, and has since 2016 — first at a national VA lender in San Diego, now running a producing branch. The base guides on this site are the markets he closes in.

Kyle is not a veteran. The site serves veterans; it does not claim to be one.

What this site is

A VA-only education site written from the loan side of the table. Every page answers one question a buyer actually asks — where to live near a base, what BAH carries, whether a second VA loan works — in the first two sentences, and then explains the mechanics with the authority named in the sentence: the VA Lenders Handbook chapter, the state statute, the circular.

What it will not do

Publish anything that goes stale. No interest rates, loan limits, home prices or funding-fee dollar amounts in copy. BAH appears only as dated official data, never written into a page.
Pretend every answer is buy. Where renting wins, the page says so. Where conventional beats VA, the page says so.
Solicit where Kyle is not licensed. A base guide in an unlicensed state is the same page with the same author block and no way to apply — it points you to a loan officer licensed there.
Pay or take referral fees. Agents listed on base guides are not compensated, and no introduction carries a fee in either direction.
