Yes — there's a free, live online class that walks through exactly how the VA home loan works, and the whole point is in the name: "Don't Rule Yourself Out of a VA Home Loan." It runs every other Tuesday, 6:30–7:30 PM Central, hosted by REV Mortgage. Seats are limited so the Q&A stays real, and you can ask your own questions live. What we cover
How $0 down actually works and why there's no monthly mortgage insurance on a VA loan. Who's eligible — including a lot of people who assume they aren't. Who it's for
Active duty getting ready to PCS, veterans buying a first home, spouses running the house hunt during a deployment, and anyone who's been told "just use your VA loan" without anyone explaining what that means. Come once or come back — it runs every other Tuesday and the questions are different every time.
What it's not
A sales seminar. You don't have to be anyone's client to show up, and the only thing anyone asks you to bring is questions.
