For agents
You own the neighborhoods. Kyle backs the loan.
Military-relocation agents already have the hyperlocal side covered. What their clients are missing is a VA lender who closes on orders and knows the base. That is the whole offer.
Pre-approval on orders, before the client lands
Orders, the LES and the new station's BAH start the file early, so the pre-approval is documented before house-hunting leave — a real letter, not a pre-qual.
Offer support that listing agents accept
A VA offer packet that explains the appraisal, the escape clause and who pays what — the objections handled before they are raised.
Tidewater and MPR conditions, handled
Two business days to get comparables in front of the appraiser; repair conditions negotiated, escrowed where VA allows, and cleared without blowing the closing date.
Second-tier entitlement math, done right
Clients with a VA loan still open at the last station are told exactly what a second loan carries before they write, not after the appraisal.
Pages your clients can read
Every base guide on this site is written to be sent to a client. Link to them; they carry no listing content and do not compete with yours.
Where this applies
Kyle Melvin is licensed in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia. For a base in any other state, the base guides are education only and carry no way to apply — send those clients to a loan officer licensed there.
The rules we work under
No referral fees are paid or received, in either direction. Listing an agent on a base guide is not compensation, and no introduction carries a fee. Any co-marketing beyond a link is reviewed by REV Mortgage compliance before it starts. That is RESPA Section 8, and it is not negotiable.
